The service runs between Takamatsu and Okayama stations (the trolley ride section is between Sakaide and Kojima), and between Kotohira and Okayama stations (the trolley ride section is between Kotohira and Kojima) mainly on weekends and holidays, and during spring and summer breaks. All seats are reserved Green car seats, and the capacity is 48.
Of the two cars, one is a trolley car that makes you feel the warmth of wood and natural wind, and the other is an Anpanman Train decorated throughout with Anpanman and his friends, including the ceiling, seats, and curtains. The car is full of fun features such as the "floor window" from which you can see the tracks, the "photo area" with uniform hats for children, and bookcases with a collection of Anpanman picture books.
The panorama as you cross the Seto Ohashi Bridge is another attraction of the Anpanman Torokko! We hope you will enjoy a trip with the most spectacular views from the Anpanman Torokko!
The trolley car is an open-window carriage. We recommend bringing clothes to protect you from the elements during the ride.
This train car makes it possible for children to realize their dreams of playing lively on the train!
It mainly operates on weekends and holidays and during spring, summer, and winter breaks, coupled with some limited express trains from Takamatsu to Tokushima station and between Tokushima and Awa-Ikeda stations. There are 20 reserved seats per service.
The car is separated into a reserved seat area decorated with motifs of Anpanman and his friends and a playroom with padded walls and floor, which everyone will enjoy and make them smile. We hope you enjoy a special train ride on the YuYu Anpanman Car.
The train operates daily between Okayama, Takamatsu, and Matsuyama, decorated in a fun design inspired by the sky and rainbow. Car 1 has colorful, rainbow-inspired Anpanman seats (16 reserved). It also has many fun features, including a bright, sky-inspired deck space, an adorable Dokin-chan washbasin inspired by the pink evening sky, and a peaceful, forest-inspired restroom!
Please enjoy the ride.
The two-car train featuring large faces of Anpanman and Baikinman operates daily between Matsuyama and Uwajima. The design with adorable motifs of Anpanman and his friends with a bright rainbow against a white base is after the design of the Anpanman 8000 Series train, which operates on the same Yosan Line. We hope you enjoy a wonderful journey on the Yosan Line Uwakai Anpanman Train.
There are no Anpanman seats on this train.
The Red Anpanman Train and Yellow Anpanman Train operate daily between Okayama and Kochi stations on the Dosan Line, where the scenery is full of nature.
The trains have 24 reserved Anpanman seats themed on “many encounters with Anpanman and his friends,” and even the seats, ceilings, and curtains feature Anpanman and his friends. We invite you to relax with your family.
The trolley train will take you on a journey through the culture of Tokushima, including the Awa indigo nurtured by the River Yoshino and Awa Odori dance, which flourished thanks to the merchants who built their fortune from indigo, the history of the area, and local food, as the wind blows across the River Yoshino.
